My name is Gillian Clarke-Hill and I teach Tai Chi in Cheltenham. I teach a form of Chen style Tai Chi called Infinite Tai Chi.

I trained with Master Jason Chan and I am the main teacher of Infinite Tai Chi in Cheltenham.

Practising Tai Chi:-

  • Clears and relaxes the mind
  • Promotes better breathing
  • Improves co-ordination and balance
  • Increases stamina and suppleness
  • Provides a way of reducing stress
